About me

I’ve learned that investing in yourself is the best thing you can do for your mind, body and spirit.

Think of your life as a puzzle set. All those little pieces—your gifts, aspirations, and experiences—are what make you unique, and I’m passionate about helping people put those pieces together to make an exceptional picture.

So what’s my puzzle set you ask? I was born and raised in a small suburb of Cleveland, OH, where I graduated as valedictorian of my grade school, played two varsity sports in high school, and secured a consulting gig with a Big Four firm right out of college. Seems like the perfect story, right? She’s got the grades, the family, the job—what more could she ask for?

Let’s just say that there’s more than meets the eye.

As a teen, I struggled with bullying, and I experienced burnout in college after working five jobs. I kept pouring into other people’s cups while not filling my own (and let me tell you, those big bucks from corporate didn’t do the trick). So what gives?

It wasn’t until I dove into my own inner healing and said “YES” to me where I worked to unpack my story of pain and expose my triggers and behaviors. I didn’t realize how much I shamed myself, feared rejection, and thought that I had to perform and be perfect to receive love. (Sound all too familiar to you?)

I started to mend these gaps of my heart by putting my faith and health above all else. There, I heard God’s calling to become a coach. I denied this at first and let the Devil’s trap of comparison and the “you’re not enough” talk get in my way. But then I placed my full trust in The Lord, and His mercy ignited within me and opened up doors that freed my soul and pointed me back to pursuing my purpose here on earth.

Diving into my own growth and development dynamically transformed my professional and personal lifestyles. It was like a domino effect–it changed how I viewed myself, how I interacted with others, and even my career path. It shifted my focus on the more important things in life to make way to complete God’s specific mission for me.

You know that feeling when your heart swells and explodes with love and joy? That’s what I experienced by encountering The Lord, and I want to help you do the same. I want to work with you to connect your mind, body and spirit so that you can thrive both personally and professionally.

Hey, wassup? Hello…I’m Anna, and I’m glad you’re here.

I’m a life, health & career coach focused on mind-body-spirit wellness and connection.

Outside living out my passion daily, I’m an OrangeTheory-lovin’, singin’-in-the-shower, Ninja Food Oven cookin’ adventurer living in Dallas, TX. I can get super nerdy about personality tests (any ESFJs out there?) and nutrition, and I sure do love my Quentin Tarantino movies and anything Marvel. And did I mention that I am a soccer fiend (Barca all the way)?

My Street Creds

If there’s anything you should know about me, 1) people often ask me if I work as a teacher and 2) I like a little bit of everything.

While studying at Miami University of Ohio, I worked as a career services assistant, youth soccer coach, and professional development director. I graduated Summa Cum Laude with strategic communications and professional writing degrees as well as two business minors. Post-college, I continued my “teacher in business” mantra as a human resources consultant at Ernst & Young (EY). I collaborated with C-suite executives and middle management at Fortune 500 companies to design and grow their organizations based on their corporate strategies and HR transformation visions. I performed current state assessments through brainstorming sessions and future roadmap designs as well as led people, process and technology implementations. I wanted to move from working with people from an organizational level to an individual level, so I switched to a staffing consultant role where I helped match EY employees to client projects based on their career aspirations. I also serve others as an alumni panelist and a new/campus hire mentor, and I am actively involved in my church community as a ladies Bible study lead, youth ministry teacher, and career ministry volunteer.
