My Coaching Blueprint
Each coaching session is unique. Thus, my coaching strategies are not a “one size fits all” approach.
Discovery Call—FREE!
We’ll have a one-hour introductory call where I can learn more about you, your passions, and what you’re hoping to achieve during our time together. From there, we’ll determine if this is the right fit for you and what services/offerings best align with your circumstances.
Past
I’ll take some time to get to know you, your values, and your belief systems. We’ll talk through your prior experiences, dig into the story of you, and bring to light past traumas and pains.
Present
During our sessions, I’ll check in with where you’re at now—the good, the bad and the ugly—and pour love into who you are. We’ll make an action plan for how to glorify your strengths, and we’ll use collaborative exercises during our time together. At the end of each session, you’ll have homework to help you stay accountable and take tiny steps toward achieving your goals.
Future
I want to help you realize the doors that The Lord is opening for you. I’ll assess your growth and pivot where needed, and I’ll provide hope through Scripture/words of encouragement. We’ll focus on the behaviors, actions and thoughts that we can control today to avoid being overwhelmed by tomorrow. We’ll work to create positive relationships with yourself, those around you, and your surrounding environment so that you may gain interior freedom, joy and breakthrough.

Investigate
While most coaches only focus on the present and future, I like to honor your past. I use psychological/aptitude tests to get a better picture of who you are as a person.
Interact
I want our time to be as collaborative as possible. I embed whiteboard activities and brainstorming sessions to bounce ideas off one another, and you will have to-do assignments to keep you moving forward.
Invite
I want to create an environment where you feel safe, loved and vulnerable. I incorporate inner healing practices so that we can recognize and fulfill your needs, minimize any roadblocks, and celebrate you and your successes.
